The Basics

What does it cost?
$380 fixed fee for first consultation (in which we can usually confirm the merit of your claim). From there, we provide a written outline of fees so you know exactly where you stand.

What’s involved?
A one-hour consultation in which we get some details from you about the estate, review the will (if you have a copy), discuss your relationship with the deceased and your personal circumstances, and advise whether your claim is worth pursuing.
