Karen Huxley is an accountant by trade, so she’s no stranger to complicated jargon.

But when Karen started going through the testamentary trust process, even she found it difficult to understand. She appreciated the expertise of McManus & Co as they guided her through it step by step.

Karen goes way back with McManus & Co. In fact, it was her parents who first used our services to purchase a home in Ascot Vale in the early ’80s. When Karen purchased her first property in Brunswick West, she followed her parents’ lead and came to us for help.

‘I was in my 20’s and had no idea about property purchasing requirements - the conveyancing, the whole process. When I asked my parents, they gave me McManus & Co’s details. I ended up buying my first property with them, and I’ve been with them ever since,’ says Karen.

Karen has a young family, and her property portfolio is growing. She decided it was also time to update her will.
